Pastor Abe & Deepa Thomas
Senior Pastor
Pastor Abe Thomas is the Senior Pastor of Exodus and a visionary leader with a deep passion for equipping people to walk in their God-given calling. His heart is to raise servant-leaders, who serve with integrity, spiritual depth and a global perspective. He is committed to building the local church and to training and sending missionaries to pioneer in unreached regions and planting city churches.
Partnering with him in life and ministry is his wife, Deepa Thomas, a psychologist and trained counselor. She serves as the Director of the Exodus School of Inner Healing and Deliverance, where she walks alongside individuals seeking healing, restoration and wholeness in Christ.
They are blessed with a daughter Joann, who holds a degree in Journalism and has completed discipleship training in Cambodia. Today she serves in worship, youth, and counseling.
Asha Sam
Ladies Ministry | Intercession
Asha Sam is a key part of the pastoral team at Exodus, where she leads the Ladies Ministry and provides oversight to the church’s intercessory teams. With a heart for people and a passion for prayer, she plays a vital role in nurturing spiritual growth and breakthrough within the community. As a trained counselor, she also walks closely with many on their journey toward healing and restoration.
She is the beloved wife of Pastor Reji, one of the founding leaders of Exodus, who is now home with the Lord. Together, they faithfully shepherded the church, laying down a legacy of love and service.
Asha is blessed with two daughters—Linta, who currently lives in the USA, and Rachel, who is actively involved at Exodus, serving with dedication, carrying the heart of the house in Junior Church, youth and Social Media.
Our Leadership
God anoints and appoints individuals to serve in various capacities in the church. Under the leadership of Abe Thomas Oommen, and Sam John (Reji), Exodus takes on the Great Commission given by the Lord, by equipping the church for ministry.
Ps V J Traven & Junie Traven
V J Traven is a well-known international musician, songwriter, composer, and anointed worship leader. His songs, testimonies, and anointed messages inspire and challenge everyone to a deeper commitment to follow Jesus Christ. His music album "Yesuve Karunamayane" is the first internationally produced Christian audio/video album from India. He travels widely throughout India and many nations to minister in concerts & conferences. He is married to Junie Traven and has three blessed sons- Johnny, Danny, and Nathan.
Ps Mathew Philip & Susan Mathew
Mathew Philip serves as the pastor of Exodus church at Fort Kochi which was started in the year 2007. He was called into full-time ministry after having an encounter with Jesus while he was working with an MNC in the middle east. He is an anointed preacher, musician, and worship leader who ministers powerfully in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He is supported by his wife Susan Mathew who is a prayer warrior and they are blessed with a son Samuel.

Ps Sam Isac & Susan Sam
Sam Isac is one of our first missionaries who did Masters in Divinity from Filadelfia Bible College, Udaipur, Rajasthan. He is presently serving also as the Pastor of Hindi service. He is a good preacher and teacher of the Word of God. He is blessed with his wife Susan and they are blessed with 3 daughters Ann Feba, Hannah & Esther

Ps Libu John Chacko & Minu Libu
Libu John Chacko heard the call of God from a very young age and was serving in the CSI Church, Punalur, Kerala in various capacities. He start serving In Exodus from the year 2006. He has done Discipleship Training School from YWAM Chennai and also trained at City Harvest Church School of Theology in Singapore.

Ps Pramodh George & Reshma Pramodh
A computer engineer by profession, heeding the call of God, he left his job to serve God full time and thus became the first missionary of Exodus. He was trained in YWAM Chennai, and City Harvest School of Theology, Singapore.Ps. Pramodh’s ministry now extends to North Ireland and many nations. His wife Reshma was trained in City Harvest School of Theology Singapore, she now oversees Junior Church, ministry to youth and media. They are blessed with a son Joshua and two daughters Keren & Megan.

Libu John Chacko & Minu
Senior Associate Pastor
Pastor Libu John Chacko serves as the Senior Associate Pastor at Exodus. Responding to God's call from a young age, he began his ministry journey serving in various roles at the Church of South India, in Punalur, Kerala. He got baptised in Exodus In the year 2006 and has since been a key part of its growth and spiritual leadership.
To deepen his foundation in ministry, he completed the dicipleship training from YWAM Chennai and did theology at the city havest churc School in Singapore.
He is married to Minu, and together they are blessed with two wonderful children, Hannah and Caleb. Their family continues to serve the Lord with love, commitment, and humility.

Sam Issac & Susan Sam
Senior Associate Pastor
Pastor Sam Isaac is one of the pioneering missionaries of Exodus and currently serves as a Senior Associate Pastor. He is a man of prayer and coordinates the prayer and fasting meetings in Church. A graduate of Filadelfia Bible College, Udaipur, he holds a Master of Divinity and is widely recognized as a gifted preacher and teacher of the Word. Ps Sam is a trained counselor in inner-healing and deliverance.
Pastor Sam is blessed with a loving and supportive family. He is married to Susan, a trainied counselor, serving in the counseling department and together they are raising three wonderful daughters—Ann Feba, Hannah, and Esther—as they continue to serve the Lord as a family.
Pramodh George & Reshma
Pastoral Oversight | Overseas Missions
A computer engineer by profession, Pastor Pramodh responded to God’s call by stepping away from his career to serve in full-time ministry. He holds the distinction of being Exodus’s first missionary, and received ministry training through YWAM Chennai and the City Harvest Church School of Theology in Singapore.
Today, he oversees the International Missions of Exodus, providing oversight, vision, and direction to outreach efforts.
His wife, Reshma, is actively involved in the counseling ministry. Together, they are blessed with three wonderful children—Joshua, Keren, and Megan.
Lal John & Sunitha
Evangelism | Church-planting | Counseling.
Pastor Lal John has served in youth and outreach ministries for many years, ministering widely across Kerala. A passionate evangelist, he played a key role in pioneering the Exodus Church in Aluva. A gifted songwriter, Pastor Lal has penned several worship songs that have richly blessed the body of Christ.
He currently oversees Evangelism, lead care-cells, pioneer new missions, initiate prayer journeys and serve in counseling ministry at Exodus Cochin.
He is married to Sunitha, his steadfast partner in life and ministry. They are blessed with three children—Roshelle, Jeremy, and Jayden.

Vin Varughese & Sharon
Pastoral Oversight | Worship | Young Adults
Pastor Vin Varughese responded to God’s call in 1994 and completed his Bachelor’s in Theology at Faith Theological Seminary, Manakkala, Kerala. Since 1997, he has served in youth ministry, Christian music outreach and teaching Bible. Currently, he is giving pastoral oversight to Worship Ministry, Young Adults Ministry and equipping young and adults through teaching the Word of God.
His wife, Sharon, holds a Master’s in Literature and a B.Ed. She is actively involved in youth ministry and intercession, and also shares her gift as a professional baker.
They are blessed with two children, Gabriela and Daniel.
George Oommen & Thanuja George
Associate Pastor | Counseling.
After a distinguished career as a Human Resources head in the corporate sector, George answered a specific call from God to serve in ministry. He began by serving as an usher and went on to build and train teams that foster a welcoming church environment. He leads care cells and as a trained counsellor, he serves in the counseling ministry of Exodus.
George currently serves as the interim pastor at Exodus Fort Kochi, bringing leadership, wisdom, and pastoral care to the congregation.
He is supported by his wife Thanuja, a lawyer and also a trained counsellor.
They are blessed with two children, Stephy and Joshua, who are both actively involved in church life.

Amit Vinod
Youth Ministry Leader | Music Director.
Amith began his journey with a passion for music that started in his school years. From drumming to writing songs and producing music, he grew into a skilled and creative musician. He now serves as the Music Director at Exodus, leading worship and shaping the church’s musical direction.
In 2024, after completing his Discipleship Training School in Bangalore, Amith stepped into youth ministry, responding to God’s call to serve the next generation. Today, he leads the Exodus Youth Community, using both his heart for young people and his musical gifts to disciple and to engage reaching out to youth

Aaron Thomas Mathew
Asst: Pastor | Youth Ministry | Worship Leader
Aaron was born and raised in the Middle East, where he first sensed God’s call to full-time ministry at the age of 10. With a heart set on serving the Lord, he moved to India after his schooling and went on to complete a Bachelor’s in Divinity from Faith Theological Seminary, Manakkala, Kerala.
Aaron now serves at Exodus, assisting in pastoral responsibilities, co-leading in the Youth Ministry, while also being actively involved in worship, evangelism and teaching the Word of God. His passion is to see this generation grow in faith, purpose, and a deep relationship with Jesus.
Saji Babu & Susan Saji.
Pastor, Hindi Church | Director, ESOM.
Serving as lead pastors of the Hindi language congregation of Exodus in Kochi, Saji & Susan holds a post-graduate degree in Journalism and Mass Media communication.
Having raised in pastors families in North India, they moved to Kochi and became part of Exodus from 2012 and served in various capacities.
Saji is an experienced cinematographer and an academician with over a decade of experience in the film industry. In addition, Saji Babu is a faculty in the leading film schools and course designer and director of Exodus School of Media (ESOM) which is dedicated to educating the next generation of artists and technicians. They are blessed with three children, Jehoshua, Jeremiah and Jonathan.
Smily Rostus and Shiny Rostus
Pastor, Tamil Church
Ps Smily and Shiny Rostus are a leading the Exodus Tamil Fellowship (ETF) from 2024. They have been involved with Exodus since 2018.
They both are in the market place where Smily is a managing director of a holding company with a portfolio of companies in finance and IT. He is also the national treasurer and board member for Interserve, a global mission organization. He is also a member of both the Christian Economic Forum (CEF) and the Angelo Network, two global organizations focused on Christian business leadership and solutions.
Shiny Rostus is the founder and general manager of a quality and food safety consulting firm in the Middle East.
They are blessed with two daughters, Sharon and Shanon.

Tony Johnson Philip
Missionary | Worship Leader.
Tony is a trained nurse who made the bold decision to leave his profession in response to God’s call to full-time ministry. With a heart to serve, he is now a missionary with Exodus.
Tony leads worship in the Malayalam Service, where his passion for God and music creates a meaningful atmosphere of praise. In addition to being a worship leader, he is also a skilled musician, sound engineer, and leads a care-cell, faithfully using his talents to strengthen the church and disciple others.
